At IUCG, we develop top-tier consultants while fostering a close-knit, supportive community. Our Junior Analyst Development Program equips new members with essential skills before they join semester-long client engagements with highly invested clients, often C-suite executives, who trust us to develop growth strategies, explore new markets, and solve complex challenges. All members attend two General Body Meetings per week, featuring student-led workshops, MBA-style cases, technical skill sessions, and guest speakers.
